Rapid Rehousing
Rapid Rehousing
Our Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program is for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Individuals can contact our on-site Coordinated Entry specialist at 814.237.4865 to complete an assessment.

Homelessness is defined as individuals and families living in a place not meant for human habitation (including the streets or in their car), emergency shelter, or in a hotel or motel paid for by a government or charitable organization. The goal of the program is to provide timely assistance to reduce the amount of time of homelessness.
Clients secure their own lease with the assistance and advocacy of the case manager. The program provides security deposit and first month’s rent, as well as a number of months of rental assistance. Clients work with case managers to set and reach goals that will ensure the clients on going stability.
