Supportive Services Coordination

Housing Transitions provides Supportive Services at many of the Affordable Tax Credit properties in Centre County. Our onsite coordinator helps connect residents of those properties to resources for rental assistance, food insecurity, transportation and basic needs. In addition to connection to resources our coordinators help to build a sense of community by hosting monthly events , creating monthly event calendars for events in the area as well as quarterly newsletters tailored to each property. These services help promote pride among the residents and prevents them from becoming unstable in their housing. You can reach our Supportive Service Coordinator Megan Bowers.
