Emergency Shelter

Our Emergency Shelter program provides the first step for those experiencing homelessness with a safe, secure environment 24/7 for men, women and families.

The Permanent Supportive Housing serves individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness with a documented disability.

Coordinated Entry Access Site

The first point of contact to those experiencing homelessness in Centre County. After completing an assessment, referrals are made to shelters, resources, and other services to assist with housing crisis.

Rapid Rehousing

The Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program serves individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.

Transitional Housing

Our Transitional Housing program acts as a bridge to stable housing for eligible individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness.

Supportive Services Coordination

Provides regular office hours at income qualified apartment complexes to facilitate community building and prevent homelessness.

Emergency Food Pantry

Our Emergency Food Pantry is available to all Centre County residents that can be utilized once a month.
