Emergency Shelter

Our Emergency Shelter program provides the first step for those experiencing homelessness with a safe, secure environment 24/7 for men, women and families.

Rapid Rehousing

The Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program serves individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.

Service Coordination/Case Management

The Service Coordination and Case Management program provides support to low income, disabled individuals age 18-59 who are living in their own home.
